We make it easy to order examination and desk copies from Alexander Publishing.

DESK COPIES
Alexander Publishing provides complimentary single title desk copies for instructors at accredited high schools, colleges and universities of any adopted required text.  One desk copy is available per course with a minimum of ten (10) copies ordered.

We also honor requests for seminars and graduate classes. When class size is under 10, a nominal fee is charged for your desk copy.

Desk copies can only be sent to your school address. All requests are subject to availability and approval.

Your desk copy will be sent after we’ve received the order from your school bookstore. To get your copy, please write sales at alexanderpublishing dot com.

EXAMINATION COPIES
Examination copies are limited to five (5) per teacher per school school and only one copy of any individual title can be ordered. All requests are subject to availability and approval, and must be prepaid by check, credit card or money order. Examination copies for Professional Orchestration are for the text only and don’t include DRM-MP3 audio files.

EXAMINATION TITLE COSTS
The fee for paperbacks under $20US is $6.00US each plus shipping.

The fee for paperbacks or hardbacks at or above $20US is 50% off the retail price plus shipping.

ORDERING & PAYING FOR EXAMINATION COPIES
You can write us on college letterhead. Please include title, author, ISBN, course name/number, expected enrollment, complete school mailing address and your daytime telephone number.

Or, you can download and complete this form that’s in both Word Doc or PDF and mail, e-mail or fax it to Alexander University (all the contact information is on the form).

TEXTBOOK ORDERING
Textbooks can be ordered three ways.

Through Ingram/Spring Arbor – Single title (non-bundled packages) Professional Orchestration and Worship Leader texts can be ordered through either Ingram or Spring Arbor.

Through Alexander Publishing – Any Alexander Publishing text can be ordered direct but requires pre-payment for all academic orders.

Through TrueSpec.com - All Professional Orchestration and Worship Leadership bundled packages can only be ordered by the individual student through our Truespec.com outlet. These bundles are heavily discounted and don’t qualify for school bookstore discounts.

ORDERING LEAD TIMES
Please allow a minimum of three (3) weeks to order your copies when ordering through Ingram or Spring Arbor and a minimum of four (4) weeks when ordering direct through Alexander Publishing.

TEXTBOOK RETURNS
All Alexander Publishing titles are print to order. When ordering direct, returns for credit only, must be made 45-days from the day class begins. All returns must have an RA number. No returns after 45-days.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD TITLES
Many titles are available as digital downloads. Because of intellectual property rights issues, downloadable titles are only available through TrueSpec.com. Please contact us for details.
